I was recently scammed by a romantic interest and lost a lot of money , While I am little lost on what to do next - but I do know one thing- I want to try to help to stop others being scammed.

To the common folks that have stumbled upon my page:

While I had done reverse picture look up on photos that the scammer shared with me- none of the pictures that the scammer shared with me were searchable or related to ones on the web... Which does make me wonder: How many people that are scammed, and share personal photos - let others know those photos could be used for harm?

It is embarrassing, it is an ego hit, it is very hard to grasp what is going on and there is judgement from others- but I am looking beyond that and want to try to help others protect themselves.

I wanted to share what happened to me, steps I am taking to report and share whatever I can.

I have now shared my personal photos i sent to the scammer on my own personal blog as I wanted to enable these photos to be reversed looked up via google or bing so am hopeful this may help another,  but am finding it a difficult task to find my own pictures while doing a reverse search..

I am new to blogging, but am publishing this blog so it may help another.

If you are a victim like me, we need to report fraud and scams, and share with one another out in our communities in efforts to help one another.  

There is shame, there is embarrassment,  there are dreams lost and there are also unfortunate people that Shame victims for being dumb and stupid however I want to try to help with a better world so I am trying to share my mistakes,  so another may have a chance not to fall in the same trap.

I think it's also important take responsibility,  right now to Myself and others it's trying to provide information,  my story that another victim isn't alone, and steps I'm doing to recover.

I really have nothing to say besides I still am hopeful for a better world some day. Humans are flawed, life is hard- some more so than others- but hurting and exploiting others is a very maladaptive way to get by. Empathy , Compassion, and Understanding will get us further in the world than hate, greed, and hurt. I myself have been through a lot, and this just adds to my pain and wounds; however I will not let it stop me from trying to help another.

If you're a scammer reading my pages here,  there's nothing I can say to stop you, as this is all your choice. This is your path. And either you have lost all empathy and reason,  or perhaps you aren't too broken to make a change. 

I do wonder what harm you endured to be so viscous to another. And I am sorry to hear if something happened to you, or if you're in a lose lose situation with either life or country. 

I have my own wounds and have had many lives with in this one life, but to the extent of hurting others like this- I just don't understand- especially when someone tells you about their mental health issues and struggles with life and with people.  

I know some scammers and not scammers are probably getting a kick and laugh out of my page ... but I hope some day -we as humans change and stop this Maladaptive behavior and hurt to others.
